Client: CEVA Logistics
The Client:
CEVA Logistics is an global logistics company with a regional headquarters in Bristol operating from over 10 locations throughout the UK.
Our Solution:
Delta started working with CEVA at the Bristol site over four years ago. Prior to this CEVA had used several different security contractors.
They where looking for continuity and greater management from their security provider, a company that was able to operate a busy gatehouse ensuring that control of access and egress in a high risk environment was maintained at the highest standard.
Delta took over the contract and following a risk assessment and security survey we introduced new procedures. Following re-training Delta Security quickly established a committed security team. Through excellent management and dedicated security officers Delta has exceeded the expectations at the Bristol CEVA site.
Delta quickly gained the confidence and trust of the National Security Manager. Over the last year or so, Delta Security has been rewarded by providing security at a further 4 sites and has become the largest security contractor with CEVA in the UK.
The Benefits:
Delta Security operates with a partnership approach. Working with CEVA national Procurement team we created a transparent cost model which identified considerable savings for CEVA.
By being the main security provider to CEVA they benefit from a single point of contact, standardised procedures and flexibility in covering both permanent and ad hoc requirements.
More importantly they benefit from low cost without dilution to the standard of service.
In most cases CEVA were able to save in excess of £2000 p.a. for a typical 168.

Through consultation with the CEVA National Security Manager Delta Security has included Remote Monitoring from our 24/7 control centre to our list of security specific services.
