Regional based with national capability we bring together knowledge and experience through a management team of security specialists from both military and police backgrounds.
Our operational management support teams are handpicked who create and reinforce strong relationships with customers and our dedicated site based security staff.

Corporate Social Responsibility
Delta Security actively promotes a positive image of the security industry to the community and customers through its corporate social responsibility programme.

In line with this, recently achieved accreditation for ISO14001 environmental systems management. This will ensure that our impact on the environment is managed appropriately.
Contributing to local and national charities and crime-prevention initiatives
As part of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy we support local community and business crime reduction initiatives in practical and financial ways.
As a member of Bristol's Broadmead Centre Crime Initiative, we take an active role in meetings, offering free advice and assistance in reducing crime. We also contribute directly to national and local charities as well as indirectly supporting the community through our membership of business chambers of commerce where we contribute to fund raising for support of community improvement and regeneration.
Corporate Social Responsibility - Current Standing Initiatives
- Delta's current standing CSR initiatives include the following:
- A policy of, wherever possible, only recruiting security officers who live within walking distance, or a short public transport or car journey, from their place of work. This improves the guard's quality of life and reduces the environmental impact of extended commuting.
- We continually monitor the impact of our service by requesting from consumers and the public.
The Extended Police Family
As an ethical, professional modern company, it is our aim to co-operate with, and enhance, the role of the private security industry in working in partnership with the police. We propose to do this in three ways:
- By providing services that supplement and complement the work of the police.
- By actively taking part in voluntary schemes supporting business and community crime reduction initiatives.
- By offering financial sponsorship to help such initiatives.
